Where health meets conscious living
Originally from Germany and based in Dublin, my journey into nutrition began when I moved abroad and turned a lifelong passion into a profession. What I discovered - both personally and professionally - is that food is so much more than fuel. It influences our hormones, energy, mood, and confidence in ways we constantly underestimate.
But over time, something else became impossible to ignore.
In my corporate life, I lead a sustainability team. I organise environmental events, I think deeply about the choices we make every day, and I've spent years helping people create change that actually sticks in busy, real lives. And the more I looked, the more I realised that the two worlds I was living in - women's health and conscious living - were never really separate at all.
The plastic in your food packaging affects your hormones. The synthetic ingredients in your skincare absorb into your body daily. The ultra-processed convenience foods that get us through the week? They're hard on our gut, hard on our energy, and hard on the planet. The food choices that support your health are often the same ones that reduce your environmental footprint.
Nourishing yourself and living more consciously aren't two different goals. They're the same one.
That realisation is what shaped everything Nourished by Bianca has become.
About Me
Hey I'm Bianca!
I'm originally German, have called Dublin home almost my entire adult life, and yes - I'm a proud dog mum, which means I understand busy days, the need for balance, and the value of routines that actually fit real life.
I offer consultations in both English and German, and work with women in person in Dublin, and across Ireland and the world online.
Working with me isn't about quick fixes or overnight transformations. It's about understanding your body, making changes that last, and finally feeling genuinely well in your own skin while living in a way you feel good about, too.
