Hi, I’m Bianca — Certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and founder of Nourished by Bianca.
I help women feel at home in their bodies again.

If you’re in your mid-30s to 50s and feel like your metabolism has slowed down, the weight won’t shift the way it used to, or you’re constantly tired, bloated, or frustrated with your body — you’re not alone. And more importantly, you’re not “doing it wrong.”
Your body is changing. Your lifestyle is full. And the one-size-fits-all advice out there? It’s not built for you.
That’s where I come in.

Originally from Germany and based in Dublin, my journey into nutrition began when I moved abroad and turned a lifelong passion into a profession. What I discovered — both personally and professionally — is that food is so much more than fuel. It influences our hormones, energy, mood, and confidence in ways we often underestimate.

My approach is rooted in science, but guided by empathy. No extremes, no restriction, no guilt.

And outside of work? I’m also a proud dog mum, which means I understand busy days, the need for balance, and the importance of simple, sustainable routines that actually fit real life.
